So i guess when i saw several people in a persons office playing it, that it still isn't a good idea. Specially since i found out there is a person here whose sole job is to play and rate video games and share it with the company. You should see this office, GH2 wii's, 360's, PS3's, DDR. It's crazy7

Picked up Cyto Gainer (58g protein, 3g creatine, 2g glutamine) and am having those 3 times a day starting tomorrow to help gain mass.

1000 calories a shake, it's so filling :wtc:

I have thought about trying a weight gainer again so supplement in some calories. Haven't made up my mind though. I took it like a year ago when I was way underweight. It helped me get up to a healthy weight for my frame and I was only taking it once a day instead of the recommended 3 times

i was lifting and weight training a lot.. then i went on a endurance running thing.. then i jus went for balance.. lol

my boobies are finally kinda starting to shape into pecs instead of man-titties. It's so slow going though...and so is getting rid of this last bit of belly fat.

plateau ftmfl. gonna weigh again on the 20th. we'll see how it went this month. last month i only lost 8 lbs
