You've gotta be careful with overhead press exercises, I've had a few doctors tell me that anything about 110lbs above the head is just asking for trouble. Make sure you can handle the heavy weight before you do it.

I guess this turned into a workout crew thread. :bigok:

I made an assload of food today. It should last me through the week

I made 5 6-8oz steak cuts, enough grilled chicken, steak, onions & bellpeppers to make about 15 fajitas (that should be 2 days worth at least) and 2 or 3 meals worth of grilled buffalo chicken. also made some homemade non-fat ranch dressing.

:yumyum: that sounds so good. You know another good thing to make is chicken cordon bleu. I use to do it all the time. Get some boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Pound them out kinda flat. Put some swiss cheese on(low fat or fat free if you like), ham and boom! Awesome snack or meal:thumbup:
