Abs:
Weighted crunches - 3 sets of 25
Weighted side crunches - 2 sets of 15
Bicycle crunches - 3 sets of 20
Weighted Leg raises - 2 sets of 15

Chest:
Flat benchpress - 3 sets of 8-10
Incline benchpress - 3 sets of 8-10
Decline benchpress - 2 sets of 8-10
Incline dumbell flys - 2 sets of 8-10

Biceps:
Standing Dumbbell curl - 3 sets of 8-10
Hammer curl - 3 sets of 8-10
Concentration curl - 3 sets of 8-10

Triceps:
Cable Pushdown - 3 sets of 8-10
Kickbacks - 3 sets of 8-10
Closegrip Benchpress - 3 sets of 8-10

Also, when doing my arm workout, I alternate exercises between biceps and triceps. For instance, I'll do my 3 sets of standing curls, then switch to a tricep exercise for 3, then back to biceps, etc.

Thanks Brett.

I don't quite have my routine down and trying to get an idea of how to mix it up a bit better for the results I am looking for.

Basically for the last week since I have started it has been:

Flat bench 8 sets of 10
Incline Bench 8 sets of 10

Preacher curl 10 sets of 10
Standing curl 10 sets of 10

Kickbacks 10 of 10

Weighted crunch 10 of 10

So basically I am looking to add to my routine once my body gets used to what I have going so far. Trying to break in until just after new years then step it up a bit from there.

Yeah, I'm doing really light weight stuff right now, including rotator cuff exercises...not doing any back/shoulder work...and trying to rehab my shoulder. It's starting to feel better, so I'll be going at it harder in a couple weeks I think.

I hear ya I am not pushing any impressive weight right now and I want to take it easy to make sure my shoulder does ok with it. I have an old injury from a dislocated shoulder about 10 years ago.

So far aside from being sore I am not feeling any issues from the injury so once the break in is done I will be more apt to start working on stacking some decent weight on.

On a serious note.... Do you workout with a partner? I actually need the shit talking on the last few reps.

standard bench press
1 set of 12, ligher weights
2 sets of 10, normal weights
1 set of 8, normal +1 weights
1 set of 6, heavy weights
1 set of ?, lighter weights

I try to gain strength and definition at the same time.

same goes with the decline and incline bench.
