wow. dubcac and nightshade... you guys seem really strong. i just do like 3 sets of 10. for like 1 exercise for each muscle. regular bench, standing curl, and the cable.

Nah I am not that strong when it comes to the bench and workout but I can hold my own in the real world.

I think I am just a bit of an overachiever when it comes to working out and I push harder than I should, but then I am not pushing a large amount of weight right now either.

From my experience, I've always heard my shoulder click when I started doing a series of push-ups. My first reaction was to re-think my form. I'd find a spot where it didn't click, then make sure my form was ok.
