airbags rock, I would never change mine out...after crashing my truck head on into a walnut tree going 55, I swear by airbags.

Eh I guess i was just a little miffed that I got the tickets... Ive cooled of a bit since then. A friend of mine is giving me the cat from his 01 GSR so at some point Ill get under there and bolt it back in. As for the airbag... Ive asked around and it seems its gonna be interesting. gonna be a PITA but I was 18 and just like any other 18 year old I didnt care if i had an airbag or not.

I also know the benefits of an airbag. I got rearended by a semi on I-15 in Cali in a 01 Audi S4 and yes they helped but the side curtains did the only good. the one in the steering wheel broke my elbow but oh well.

The Teg is an occassional driver and this time got burned.... dammit oh well.

Fastback- Sorry about your Teg. Thats a damn shame but thank God youre alright. The good ol Japs know how to build a safe car.

I-15 is a POS............ I drive it every day, and everyday I pray for my life. People here in so-cal have no respect for the road. ESPECIALLY when it is RAINING - "yea its ok to do 90 on a wet freeway"

And good ideal getting that damnd airbag back in there.... It may save your ass one day, but hopefully it wont have to.

thank you for showing those pics fastback, people can now see the shit that can happen not from just adding or removing certain car parts that should not be touched, the kid had his surgery today and yes, he is paralyzed, but not dead, his car was hit as bad as yours, thank god you are ok, i just feel bad for the 17 year old who will never again be able to drive, and many other things.... kids please watch out how you drive, beacause of my aunts boy friend i had several broken bones cause he raced an guy, i spent 6months in the hospital, this all happened before my 16 birthday, i was afraid of driving till i turned 18 this year, took me a while, now im a safer driver than i would have been if i got the car at age 16, still scared of driving at times.... long story short, JUST BE SMART WHEN DRIVING AND USE COMMON SENSE!!! NO NEED FOR SPEEDING UNLESS YOU WANNA LOOSE YOUR LIVE OR THE LIVE OF OTHERS,ITS NOT A GAME LIKE GRAN TURISMO...
