Going too fast, plain and simple. I drove that road practically every day, usually fast, but that day there was gravel on the road and I lost control. Wouldn't have been so bad if I wasn't going that fast.

A few more:

2) Removal of Essential Safety Equipment (racing steering wheel BUT I have a 4pt racing seat.... WTF!)

3) Modified Exhaust System (Full aftermarket exhaust no cat)

4) Removal of Emissions Control Equipment (Its a built B18C, wtf would I use the emmisions crap, this isnt a chevy suburban)

5) Illegal tint (I admit to this one, its dark as hell haha)

Moral of the story... screw the po po's and invest in a good lawyer after trickin ur ride... you'll need it.
How did he know you removed your emissions control?

You guys shouldn't be so hard on him... I know he is breaking the rules with some of it but really, an improper Suspension Modification? Also, I didn't know that there was anything wrong with removing your airbag.
There is also nothing wrong with a modified exhaust. All of these tickets made the cop feel better, not make anyone safer.

You may want to go back and re-read this thread. We've covered why every one of them is not a good idea...
The person who is now safer is the driver of the illegally modified car.

Probably when he looked under the car and there was no cat...

The cop was doing his job, but yes it seems a bit excessive, but he was just going by the letter of the law.

Hey I like those seats you had. I think I want them.
