Went from barely benching 100 pounds 4 months ago to lifting about close to 185-200 pounds. My gf likes to wrap herself around my arms and shoulder. As for fitted shirts, I can rock them and fill it alright but I'm always scared that I might rip it; not because I'm super ripped but I have broad shoulders and upper back(I'll post pics if I can get someone to take a pic for me). And for the diet..... don't ask.

last night -
chest
bench press - 160lb'sX6 times. (i think it was the same from last week)
incline - 135lb'sx6
inclined bumbell press (?) - 45's on each arm x8 times.
and here are some shots i finally took yesterday before hittin the gym. didnt have time for more cuz i was running on a tight schedule. freakin, tryin to get good angles while taking your own pictures is hard. im an amateur at these things

tried to get an overall shot. sigh, need to tighten the midsection some more once the weather gets cooler

didnt have time for retakes. my biceps are slightly larger in reality. just couldnt flex them right. also keep in mind ive lost 7 lbs. and it wasnt fat :squint:
