it's been awhile since I lifted on Jeremy's set. I need to work out a schedule with him, where we both get back into lifting again. He's got the 300lbs olympic freeweight set in his garage now.
I'm going to start pushing my weight up in the next month. I haven't gotten weaker with my two month's off from working out. I did shrink a little, though.

im glad to hear that man! its all about baby steps, and mentality. it may seem hard at first, but after doing each set, it will progress to be a bit more easier.
