In the last 2 months my weight went from 215 to 193. I can defenintly see a big difference. I have more energy and feel better as well. I figure my bench is around 275 now
. About 4 years ago I benched 320 and my squat was 425. I just finished a cycle of Pro labs creatine and protein mix....cheap shit but works.
