progress ... well, kinda:
- I'm in the gym for 90 to 120 minutes a sesson, 5 to 6 days a week
- I use any machine for building strenth, variations of cable excercises for toning
- My waist size is down to a 32 (from 34)
- isolated arm curls are up to 100lbs (machine), 70 (loaded freeweight bar)
not so cool progress.
- stretch marks ... i'm constantly drentched in cocoa butter after every workout, but I'm not sure if it's helping.
- overall weight stopped falling off. I'm at 195 and have been for a while now.
- still feel a bit thick around the waist. I know my pants size is one thing ... but I just feel wide. :hs:

Cardio is extremely minimal. When I say "minimal" ... I went for a jog 2 weeks ago. I'm just not good at it. :wtc:

as for cardio, you should change that alot. you could go biking or jump ropes or something like that. you need to do it man.

Ever since I've started up on more of a intensed martial arts training, my body hasn't gained muscle mass, I've lost a lot of weight, my body is firming up so to speak ( I like to feel my legs and back ) but I'm getting stretch marks
