Default Workout crew?

ok so i dont really work out... but i do want to loose some weight. Right now i do some bicycle, i do 45 min a day every weekday and get me heart pumping at like 126. Is that too little?

I know i should also eat sensibly but i dont know what to eat. I live alone right now so dont really want to start cooking a lot, just something easy and quick what you recomend.

Last question what would be an good objective? i mean, i would like to lose maybe 15 pounds in like 1 1/2 month is that too ambitious or not ambitious enough.

I dont know shit h:

126 is pretty low. When doing cardio, pending on weight and age of course, I'd have to say around the 150 area is about right.

right now, you have to overcome the mentality that "food is fun". Stay away from anything fried, high in salt, and loaded with sugar.

meal replacement bars
subway subs (no cheese, light mayo, wheat bread) (turkey, ham, veggie)
store prepped sushi
grilled meats (not fried)

Just from a sugar free, 1200 calorie a day diet, you can lose those 15lbs in a matter of weeks.

generic tips:
no snacks
no fried foods
no sugar
no salt

drink lots of water
see food as something to get you full
eat slower (the brain takes up to 20 minutes to process the "i'm full" signal. You could be full after 1 plate, but you haven't picked it up yet)
