right now, you have to overcome the mentality that "food is fun". Stay away from anything fried, high in salt, and loaded with sugar.

meal replacement bars
subway subs (no cheese, light mayo, wheat bread) (turkey, ham, veggie)
store prepped sushi
grilled meats (not fried)

Just from a sugar free, 1200 calorie a day diet, you can lose those 15lbs in a matter of weeks.

generic tips:
no snacks
no fried foods
no sugar
no salt

drink lots of water
see food as something to get you full
eat slower (the brain takes up to 20 minutes to process the "i'm full" signal. You could be full after 1 plate, but you haven't picked it up yet)
COOL! 150 then... the stupid thing tell you to go 126 only.

meal replacement bars? which ones are good and cheap i am also trying to quit speding too much money on stupid things (like food & smoking).

why is salt not good when tryin to lose weight? i do put salt alot and i love it h:
