Workout Crew : Goals
ive got an unopened box (actually like 5 boxes) of 12 clif bars. i'll send them to you for like $8 if you want :hsdunno:
theyre like a big chocolate chip oatmeal cookie. doesnt taste the best, but its 70% organic and its good for you.
but yeah, you need protein regardless. as long as you stay away from the fatty parts of meat, you should be fine

I've slimmed down quite a bit, but the fact I could be losing the muscle I just worked on ... that does not please me.

I'm going to head over to the store at lunch time. I know these bars are expensive, and I'm cheap ... so your offer makes me tingle. I'll get back to ya.

the super low calorie diet you're on would work for a chick looking only to get skinny, but you're going to lose muscle mass almost as quickly as the fat on that plan.

I'd like to get to 160-165 @ 9-10% bf by the end of the year. I don't know what my bf is right now. I started lifting in October at 141, got to 155 then I hurt my elbow. I'm back up to 152 right now but I just feel weak and small, even though I may not be. I'm going to be doing half curls and not very extensive bicep work for a while.
This is a picture before I hurt my elbow:

Long arms ftl :wtc:.
