My diet:

Wakeup: protein shake

Breakfast: protein from canned fish OR protein bar, depending on time in the morning and time to get to work

Mid morning snack: protein shake

Lunch: Subway sandwich or cafeteria meal, depending on what I feel like.

Mid afternoon snack: protein bar

Protein shake before gym, if no gym, dinner. Lots of fiber and protein

Small snack before going to bed to keep me from midnight snacking.
That is oddly a lot like mine....

Only I have a lot more carbs for breakfast than you do, get them out of the way early, more time to burn

I try to eat meat when I can ... but it's not something I crave.

I'm trying to bulk down, is protein still needed?

<- nutrition noob.

That should be your most essential part of your diet, keeps your body from eating muscle while you are losing.

depends, I really like ABB (American Bodybuilding) Steel Bars in Crunchy Peanut Butter Flavor. I get them at bodybuilding.com for like $.88 a piece or something like that, it is like 19 something for a box of 24, and I roder 4 boxes at a time.

what's the calorie count on something like that?

Calories 260
Total Fat 7g
Carbs 34g
Protein 16g

I use them as one of my meals, alternating with a EAS MyoPro Shake.

I'll have to look into this product.

I've slimmed down quite a bit, but the fact I could be losing the muscle I just worked on ... that does not please me.
