That's too little food and protein IMO.
My diet:
Wakeup: protein shake
Breakfast: protein from canned fish OR protein bar, depending on time in the morning and time to get to work
Mid morning snack: protein shake
Lunch: Subway sandwich or cafeteria meal, depending on what I feel like.
Mid afternoon snack: protein bar
Protein shake before gym, if no gym, dinner. Lots of fiber and protein
Small snack before going to bed to keep me from midnight snacking.
That is oddly a lot like mine....
Only I have a lot more carbs for breakfast than you do, get them out of the way early, more time to burn
