Workout Crew : Goals
well, using some tips from you guys, yesterday i ended up doing squats @ 185lbs, 8 times (it was my last set). leg press, 250lbs. and leg curls are at 110lbs.

I'm concentrating on fat burning and toning more than bulking right now, and I've officially got my waist down to 31". That's from 36" in January. My bench is stagnating at sets of 195, but that's cause I'm keeping my calories in check to maximize fat burning.

I've been eating like a horse today and I feel bad. :sad:
Over the weekend, I drank a Diet Rockstar, got tweaked and went to the gym. 2.5 hours later, I was a heaping pile of sweat, beef, and pain.
and I did it again yesterday.

My diet:
Wakeup: protein shake
Breakfast: protein from canned fish OR protein bar, depending on time in the morning and time to get to work
Mid morning snack: protein shake
Lunch: Subway sandwich or cafeteria meal, depending on what I feel like.
Mid afternoon snack: protein bar
Protein shake before gym, if no gym, dinner. Lots of fiber and protein
Small snack before going to bed to keep me from midnight snacking.
