Anything more than 27g is not worth it. Your body will not absorb more than 27g of protein in a 30 minute period, and since a bar wont stay in your stomach that long to process out, it is just a waste.

To everyone that is going to get serious about working out. I am thinking about making my site a login based app so people could track their progress in there also.
And if anyone need some advice, feel free to hit me up on AIM or yahoo, I am on all day at work and most of the evening if I am at home.
And as a reminder, here is the biggest things that will help you be successful in weight training/exercise:
Nutrition
Mindset
Willingness to put it all out on the line

I'm doing pretty good.
I'm losing weight every day now.
I gain about 2 pounds during the day and lose 3 while sleeping.
I not working out no more because I'v ben to lazy so I'v just cut my eating to about 2 big meals a day and I'm now down to the upper 190's.
