Waking up in the a.m. tips needed
I had two alarms setup too :hs: 1 across the room and the other next to me.
The one across the room is set to a lower volume and the one next to me set a tad higher... It's like a gradual wake so I don't get startled :hs: I feel like I had a full nights sleep having done it this way for a couple of months and only 5-6 hours of sleep each night

I like Jays idea of pushups and heart rate going up. There is no chance of going to bed early because I HAVE to study late nights.
Water on face + pushups = start of my Wed morning.

If I didn't have to necessarily sleep, I wouldn't.

I think its beacuse being told to go to bed is kinda of childish although reasonable at 1 am.
although i love sleeping.... going to bed to sleep early makes me feel like im missing out on something and having less play time :hs:
