I had two alarms setup too :hs: 1 across the room and the other next to me.

The one across the room is set to a lower volume and the one next to me set a tad higher... It's like a gradual wake so I don't get startled :hs: I feel like I had a full nights sleep having done it this way for a couple of months and only 5-6 hours of sleep each night

I think the best advice could be go to bed earlier. I hate having to go to bed.

I had the same problem. But ever since I've woken up slightly earlier and jogged 2 miles everday (or so), my body wakes me up with a large amount of energy before I need to get up to run.

I like Jays idea of pushups and heart rate going up. There is no chance of going to bed early because I HAVE to study late nights.

Water on face + pushups = start of my Wed morning.

I agree 100%! My last few weeks of my last semester of school I found sleep as a unnecessary time commodity. My friend and I would stay up for several days, bang out projects, papers, n' shit.

If I didn't have to necessarily sleep, I wouldn't.

Seriously.. Mar gets mad at me because I won't go to bed. I'd rather dick around on the intraweb or watch some tv or something else.

I think its beacuse being told to go to bed is kinda of childish although reasonable at 1 am.
