Waking up in the a.m. tips needed
Ok, the worst part of my day that Ive yet to learn to cope with is waking up from overnight sleeping. No matter how many times I try and talk myself into waking up ontime or even 15 minutes early, I always manage to postpone until the very last minute and end up rushing.
How can I resolve this problem of mine? There is no way I can go to bed earlier because of my schedule (fulltime work and fulltime school) so I have to be up late.
Im thinking its going to get to the point where Ill have to pour cold water on my face to shock me into getting up, seriously. Any suggestions on this would be greatly appreciated.
P.S. Or is it just me and Im a pussy?

Get up when your alarm goes off the first time. They did some study and found that people who hit the snooze button actually wake up more tired and laggy than those who don't.

I do the exact same thing I'm always rushing when I could have just woken up 15 minutes earlier.
Although it's harder to get to sleep, it helps me wake up if I'm wearing more clothes, especially in the winter...like go to sleep with sweatpants on or a long sleeve shirt. But in the summer that's kind of ridiculous.

My last year in college I placed my alarm clock across the room so I HAD to get up and turn off the alarm. And it wasn't next to the bed so that I could just fall back into bed...
try that. worked for me

i have the same problem everyday. some things i have tryed in the past and that have worked are 2 alram clocks. one close to me and the other one far away. a radio alarm clock is the best as well, turn that bitch all the way up and put it as far from you as posible. so you have to get up and turn it off.

Man.. I have the same problem. I'd be better off just staying awake all night than waking up early morning.
I'm still working on it. WHat helps is getting up and blasting music and doing pushups.
Can't go back to bed with your heartrate up.
