Another thing that would be cool is to NOT look at your clock on the weekends. Get up when you're awake. There's something weird about getting up when there's nothing pressing. It's easier. If you get up and just start your day, look at the clock after you KNOW you're awake. It could be 8:30, it could be 11:30. Either way, you'll get up when rested, so during the week it might make things easier.
I think Im gonna go work for some mattress company and test the comfort of sleeping. Then I can get a 2nd job as a beer taster and when Im tasting the beers, I can say that Im getting ready for my first job. Oh the life that would be.

I can't believe no one has said this yet... If you run a couple miles during the day, about 2-3, you'll sleep like a baby at night and you will feel like you get so much more sleep from the few hours that you do actually get. What I mean by that is, if you get 4-5 hours of sleep now and feel like shit in the morning, if you run the day prior 4-5 hours will feel like 7-8 hours.
