I love huge houses because its something that we as So Cal people know we'll never own....especially in our generation. On the Island of Coronado, the last piece of property (lot only, no housing included) that sold for under a million dollars was back in 1999. My teacher owns a house there and is sitting on a fucking gold mine.

i think if i owned a house in so cal and knew that i could get half a mil or more for it, id unload it for profit, go live someplace where you can get same or more house for half or less and live good...
