Everything in my area is in a "gated community". I hate housing developments.

In Seattle you can get a 3bd/1br, 2000-2300sq ft house for about that price.

in my immediate area. 500K is a downpayment IMO.

i have second to smallest house but with many upgrades. cheapest is around 850K.
