what will $500,000 get you in your local real estate market?
here is an example of one we have locally:
could probably find something bigger & newer but given the neighborhood that this one is in, the price is a little inflated...

damn. you get those everyday for 60-70 grand around here.
granted, the income levels certainly arent comparible to socal...

Holly and I have talked about selling the house and buying one in the Syracuse area... since she got a new job in Dewitt and all but damn real estate in syracuse (only 40 miles away) is way more inflated than in utica.... almost doesnt pay to move.

not sure exactly where it is but its called Partners In Health.
that house looks like one thats on the same road as romano jeep, just across from the fayetteville mall thing.
