500K in AZ is about 2000-3500 sq ft house depending on location and upgrades

You can get a 1 story ranch home with a basement for about 475k in CT. I believe CT is still the most expensive place to live in the US.

Hell, My house was 165

1770 Living
4 BR, 2 BA

Nothing special but I'm sure you'd pay alot more elsewhere. Although, I think I could get more if I sell it. There's a house in my neighborhood smaller than mine that's for sale for 192.
