based on your threads in the past, i think you and i have common interests with acreage... in some areas within 30-50 miles from here, you can get land for as cheap as $1000/acre and less.... perfect for just such things...

up here, you cant get anything like that with any less than 5 acres...

living room, family room, dining room, dinette, full kitchen, seperate laundry room total, 3100 sq feet
hardwood, tile, carpet floors
fireplace
2 stall garage
wrap around deck (1200 sq. feet)
that sits on 5 acres and it seems crowdedh:
