Probably about 170 right now, maybe even 175. 160 is about where I should be... I've been eating like a pig ever since the new gf. She's a bad influence.

I honestly don't care too much about the weight, I just want to live healthier because I feel like crap most of the time.

My building was redoing the fitness room for several months so I got out of the habit, even after they finished up the renovations and made the new one pretty sweet with hdtv's and stuff. I finally got back into it, I do a coupla miles on the treadmill with the hill program at 3.4 mph, then lift some weights and stuff. I don't have a scale though so I have no idea how fat I got or how much progress I've made. I might have to look in to one of those.

You can get a sunbeam one from Walmart for $15. That's what I have

Yeah I'll get around to picking one up at some point. I actually just came back up from working out so I'm rather too stinky to go out in public without bathing first, plus I'm feelin a little weird cuz I had a late breakfast and drank like a whole pot of coffee with it. Waiting for the heart rate to come back down to normal, then I'll smoke a cig. I lead such a healthy lifestyle. h:

u try to stay skinny when u work at mcdonalds :S lol...u get free food when working 50% off when not neways im like 210 maybe 205 and 6'3 like to be 190 tho..not much to loose

I didn't worry about building muscle at all. I just wanted to lose my fat. Muscles aren't really that important to me. It's a lot harder to play speed guitar with big arms. I just do some pushups and chin ups 3 times a week to build stamina in my arms. My arms get tired after about 20 minutes of sweeps and rakes.

Well i weighed at the gym and im pushin 290 but that was like 2 weeks ago..i am noticing that i am "toning" up...i dont care if im big...and its not sloppy fat..i just wanna lose the belly

I eat cans of Crisco and bacon grease and I still don't gain weight.
