I can't gain weight unless I lift...but I put it on pretty quickly when I do. Once I pass my pro golf test, I'm going to have my shoulder looked at so I can start lifting again.

Its kinda ironic how "skinny" people want to gain weight and "big" people want to lose weight...but neither is able to acheive their goal.

I don't want to just gain weight...I want to gain muscle mass. I was trying to put on 25lbs over the winter, but was only able to lift for a month due to my shoulder...I did put on 9lbs in that month though.

im at 150 now, but i wanna start running and lifting and maintain the same weight.
