Jan 06 - 259 lbs
Feb 06 - 238 lbs
March 06 currently - 235 lbs


Goal May 06 = 225 lbs


Getting there quicker than I thought. Now keeping a steady weight is the hard part :hs:

when i played football I gained 35 pounds of muscle and fat in three years never lost it till now!

For the fuck of it, I put on an old pair of my 38w pants and one of my XL shirts. Those clothes used to fit me comfortably, now I look like an ethnically confused white boy. Wigger is a nasty word, I hate using it.

I'm only 167-170, but I just joined a gym again and I plan on doing cardio to cut down the lil belly I gained from my 6 month vacation. I'm only a size 32 jean but I use to be even with my pants, now I have a lil gut:happysad: Gonna start going to the gym 6 days a week for an hour of cardio. Any reccomendations on what machines to use to lose the most? I plan on doing ab and lower back workouts too while doing cardio, might do some lifting with my left arm to help it catch up with my right also, currently 1/2" behind...lol
