I'm only 167-170, but I just joined a gym again and I plan on doing cardio to cut down the lil belly I gained from my 6 month vacation. I'm only a size 32 jean but I use to be even with my pants, now I have a lil gut:happysad: Gonna start going to the gym 6 days a week for an hour of cardio. Any reccomendations on what machines to use to lose the most? I plan on doing ab and lower back workouts too while doing cardio, might do some lifting with my left arm to help it catch up with my right also, currently 1/2" behind...lol
