My building was redoing the fitness room for several months so I got out of the habit, even after they finished up the renovations and made the new one pretty sweet with hdtv's and stuff. I finally got back into it, I do a coupla miles on the treadmill with the hill program at 3.4 mph, then lift some weights and stuff. I don't have a scale though so I have no idea how fat I got or how much progress I've made. I might have to look in to one of those.
