the extra 400 ccs are nice to have, in any case.
and im gonna second what shawn said. neither the h22 or the c5 are really built for turbo. i'd say b20 vtec turbo ftw.
What's your goals with this engine anyway? If you don't want to build it and get the maximum horsepower out of a stock blocked engine you can, I'd shoot for a GS-R.
