Uh yeah, don't do a B18C5 if you wanna run boost. Do a B18C1, even built ITR engines tend to like to go boom after a while, even with a good tune. People get greedy with the boost.
Neither engine is really well suited for crazy boost anyway. H22 suffers from thin cylinder walls and the usual shitty open deck block design, but nothing a set of sleeves can't fix.
