with tires, basically the entire package will run you in the area of $800... why dont you look for some used SSR's or Sparco's or something of the like.

40 series on a 16" rim is not the correct size for a civic/integra....and he'll be fine with 205/40/17.

17" is too big for a Civic. Not that it'll rub, just that they look way too big.
