i have grapled with the 16-17 question for a year now and i decided to go with 17's cause i don't race and ill take these off every fall and replace with winter tires. i just want them to look good. if i ever get into auto-x i would pick up a set of light weight 16's but for now i think im going with 17's.

seriously, what is the overall opinion. 16's or 17's. no race, only about 2.5 seasons on the vehicle....

no 205/40 i dont think ill have any rub because they size almost identicaly to 285/65 (i think thats what i have now on a 14" steelie) i did some tire sizing thing at some point and you can find the correct profile for proper fittiment. it gives a visual compared to the orig and this set up is almost identical maybe larger by 1 cm.
