Not gonna happen. If Damon leaves he will take Mueller and Millar with him...my guess is to LA.

Boston will sign him though...see my post above.

it's good to know that Red Sox fans are already thinking about next year. :goodjob: :chuckles:

I do not want to see Damon in NY, He is a below average defensive centerfielder now. Certainly not worth 10 mil +

damon said last year that he doesnt want to play anyplace but in boston and he clearly has a lot of good time left, boston would have to be stupid to ship him out. or maybe money hungry. i think Damon is a solid guy, great player, definitely cooperstown bound.... no reason for anyteam to trade somebody like him away.

Maybe shallow was an incorrect term to use...hypocritical seems more appropriate. If you miss typed somewhere please let me know.

As for Papi's attitude I do not know of a more fun-loving, positive individual. How could you dislike that attitude??

There definetly is a misquote somewhere. Either I had a typo or you misread it. I said me not liking him has nothing to do with him not being a yankee. I also said there have been yankees i did not like (which shows I am not a fan that blindly likes everyone because of the uniform).

Check and mateh:
Think before you post.

Raphael Palmeiro hit behind AROD in Texas and he also had a healthy Juan Gonzales for a season behind him and a healthy Ivan Rodriguez behind him. AROD & Palmeiro are only 1 of 4 pairs of teammates to hit 45+ HR in the same year!!

This is where I got it from...

In response to me saying you would not think MVPapi was a stupid nickname if he was on the Yankees...
