he has come through in the most clutch of clutch situations but the fielding has to be a factor with players that are that close in the batting sector.
and i agree, Mariano for Cy Young, he has the best numbers in every stat, not to mention the hall of fame records he has set.

how many saves does rivera have this year again? 40 something? and whats his ERA? < 1. i dont know... thats a tough one to beat.
