Looks pretty good to me.

Just one or two excersises i'd switch up, but it looks good. Maybe change the reps and sets also, but depending on the gains the person is going for, it changes.

I really don't understand the purpose behind a set like this though. 5* ..............12,10,6,6,10
Any method or reason to it? ( Don't mean to make it sound negative if it does, just wondering )

well because the weight varies..of course the 2 warmup sets are light weight..the reps are set so you can gradualy increzse weight while lifting to get full burn fron the tricep.

no offense taken.

Oh and good point with the rotator cuff. I have advanced tendonitis in my right shoulder, and this excersise hurts sometimes if I weight it too much and go too far down.

As a general rule of thumb I try and go no further then making a 90 degree bend at my elbow, so my forearms and upper arms are bent at a 90 degree. That puts my hands exactly above my hip bones. You can feel when you've gone too far.

Last one sounds like a burnout set.

I hear ya. Warm up sets always are good for the first excersise of that body part every session. Definatly helps you put up more in the long run.

I'm glad no offense was taken, some people don't like hearing critisizms, even if they are constructive about their routines. They think they're way is gold and set in stone. The only reason I have my current routine like it is now is basically trial and error, and critisizms from other people who i've judged to be good sources of information.
