Looks pretty good to me.
Just one or two excersises i'd switch up, but it looks good. Maybe change the reps and sets also, but depending on the gains the person is going for, it changes.
I really don't understand the purpose behind a set like this though. 5* ..............12,10,6,6,10
Any method or reason to it? ( Don't mean to make it sound negative if it does, just wondering )
