I hear ya. Warm up sets always are good for the first excersise of that body part every session. Definatly helps you put up more in the long run.





I'm glad no offense was taken, some people don't like hearing critisizms, even if they are constructive about their routines. They think they're way is gold and set in stone. The only reason I have my current routine like it is now is basically trial and error, and critisizms from other people who i've judged to be good sources of information.
