A few quick ways to make loads of money:
In the special condition hall, the second race in easy mode gets you a 265k truck. It takes 10 minutes to do both races and you can clear them and repeat them as much as you want.
I beat it with the first car I bought, a 95 Integra that is completly stock except for the tires.
For those with more money, get a CLK touring car by doing the Silver Arrow races. They are very easy to do with stock cars too, or you can buy any German touring car from Audi or Opel, they cost about 500k.
Mod them a bit then get into the German touring serie. You don't even need to play, just run b-spec and get 900k for every serie won. It takes about 15 minutes to do a run.

And no, I didnt transfer my GT3 credits, and I just got the game Friday night before going out with the girlfriend, spent the rest of the weekend inside, she understands.... I dont think my speech professor will when I take my mid-term tonight....

Here are my first impressions of the game.
1.The gameplay is much different than GT3. The driving dynamics are much more realistic with understeer and the engine bogging down after a sharp corner, especially with a racing flywheel
2. The b-spec mode is cool if you have a car that can win by at least 15 seconds with you driving it.
3. Graphically, I don't think that there is a game that comes close, although the jumping on the rolling starts pisses me off.
4. My biggest gripe with the game is when you go into a supercar shootout or something of the sort, and they make you use street tires instead of racing tires... What sense does that make to have 200 grand in a car at least, and have to use street tires against cars that are worth 500 grand... let us use racing tires..... Street tires suck....
I am not going to get to play it again till Sunday probably with mid-terms, skiing, and going to visit family. I really enjoy the game though, they have added a lot of features from the last one, and I love all the old-school tracks they brought back from GT1 and GT2.
And the Skyline still owns the game. 834 hp, 4WD, takes a lot to beat that...

darth asiandoood- what settings are you using to get such nice quality pics? your pics are comming out sweet, also you do really need to take some pics of something else besides the MR. you have to have another car in your garage besides that.
I'm at 22% complete now.

Still looking for a good NA car if someone knows one, they wouldn't let me run the Ford GT as a NA car, even though it only has NA options... :dunno:
^ the cien is NA, kills everything. won it by doing the first special conditions race on easy. there is a list on http://ps2.ign.com of what cars you win from each series, challenege and license. i can post it if you guys dont have an account to ign
edit: i already beat the MR, i dont know with what, but that elise that you told me to use is too long for the beginner compact, its great for the pro. compact series though. and for all my other races, im pretty much using the 350Z LM Race Car..
