Here are my first impressions of the game.
1.The gameplay is much different than GT3. The driving dynamics are much more realistic with understeer and the engine bogging down after a sharp corner, especially with a racing flywheel
2. The b-spec mode is cool if you have a car that can win by at least 15 seconds with you driving it.
3. Graphically, I don't think that there is a game that comes close, although the jumping on the rolling starts pisses me off.
4. My biggest gripe with the game is when you go into a supercar shootout or something of the sort, and they make you use street tires instead of racing tires... What sense does that make to have 200 grand in a car at least, and have to use street tires against cars that are worth 500 grand... let us use racing tires..... Street tires suck....
I am not going to get to play it again till Sunday probably with mid-terms, skiing, and going to visit family. I really enjoy the game though, they have added a lot of features from the last one, and I love all the old-school tracks they brought back from GT1 and GT2.
And the Skyline still owns the game. 834 hp, 4WD, takes a lot to beat that...
