I know what you mean with the dumb nike cars. I would reccomend not selling prize cars (unless you are re-doing races to get money) until you are done with all of the one make races. I found myself needing to re-buy or re-win cars so I could do them.

What are one make races for anyway??
I havent gotten around to them yet.

If you ever plan on trying for 100%, you will need to do them.

I like how you said try. it will be impossible to get 100%, those driving missions are the reason you'll never be able to reach it.

There are people who have done got 100% gtplanet.net. But it will be extremely difficult. Luckily the medals you get in the license tests don't count toward your percentage.

I finished all one-makes about a week ago. The Opel Speedster races are a bitch. The fully modded car still starts at around 200 a-spec points. I had to re-adjust the tranny to suit each track. The rest weren't too bad.

I'm too lazy to find the original post to quote it, but Max Windu asked about a <4000mm car, pre-1970... The Chaparall 2J fits that. It's also stupid fast with a stage 4 turbo...1067hp. Plus, it drives like a Honda! No torque whatsoever below about 3-4000 rpms. After that though, it hauls ass. Top speed of about 270.

I took a little break from GT4, but I started back up again last night. I'm taking care of all the one make races now. I just finished all the british races and the TVR V12 is nasty! the car was chirping gears all the way up to 4th. I was able to get over 200mph no problem on long straight aways.
I do have to say that I'm pissed about the midget race with the Dihatsu. I modded the crap out of that piece of shit, and there was only one race. oh well.
I forgot that I didn't complete de sarth II for endurance so I'm b-spec'n that as we speak. I'm using the Jag race car you get when you reach 50% completion. I'm at 71% completion now, and I can't wait to see what you get when you reach 75%.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but you don't get any car for 75%. I was really pissed because I was expecting a nice car. The next percentage prize car is at 100% (black f1 car)
