a few reasons.
1. im super self conscious when it comes to working out in front of people.
2. i already have some gear at home to work out with.
3. im too cheap to pay for gym membership.
4. last time i just randomly fired up a workout plan, it was generally effective, i gained some mass, felt somewhat stronger, etc but didnt really have any assurance that i was getting the most result for my effort.

But you need money for the gym and money is not what I have. So, go to one of the closed parks and run--thanks joel giambra.

Juice up.
jk.
Start slow, and see if you can find a partner. Preferably a big broly guy so you can spot his package, but a hot chick will do just fine. I hear rock climbing is great for toning up and shit. I wanna try it.

Instead of the way he separates, I would usually do each group 3 times a week. I did more exercises than he lists for some of the groups. What do you think about that vs. the way he lays it out?
Chest/Abs/Legs
Back/Shoulders
Bi's/Tri's/Abs

im afraid of supplements, even protein shakes etc.
id like to get into more activity based excercise (tennis, running, climbing etc) but central NY climate sucks and im a little puss about going out in teh cold and rain.

I'm on Max-OT too
So far I'm noticing gains in my arms, back, and legs. I even had to buy new pants :eek4: because the jeans that I bought 2 months ago that fit kinda good are now tight. :reechy:
My chest is still slow to develop though.

As long as you find a partner you won't get bored.

Protein is fine, don't worry about that.
