hey man to bench you need a chest not arms, for arms u need to do more of the different types of curls. If you are using alot of you arms while benching work on your form and drop some weight.

I actually just started back at the gym about a month and a half ago. I weighed in at 240.(I have the gut and big titties.) I have been doing really low weights with really high reps on everything above my waist. I am going for weight lose and definition. I also do about an hour on the treadmill/ellipticals 4 days a week to work on legs. I am eating better now to. So thus far I am down to 215 and my goal is 180 (I am 6'1") just like I used to be before I got into my miserable 3 1/2 year relationship. Things are looking good :thumbup:
