Friend - we are in the same boat damnitt!! My 91 lude does the same thing, I replaced the wires, rotor, and cap. Now as far as fuel goes; just loosen the banjo bolt a 1/4 turn on the fule rail and turn her over - if you have fuel pressure you will know it with a small mess. I have pressure.
My problem is I got 12 volts up to the cap, but not going out through the wires, I am about to take that back and get a new one?
Does your ECU flash any codes - its under the passenger side rug where the feet go.

Dont Forget 2 Check Ur Ecu Thats What Happened 2 Me My Car Would Crank But It Wouldnt Start Like I Wasnt Getting Any Fuel Well Anyways My Distributor Went Out And My Ecu Since U Replaced The Distributor Check The Ecu The Way U Can Test It Is Test It On Someone Elses Car Hope This Helps !!!!
