When Unlimitation suggested the following things to you, it seems you almost copied and pasted them into your sig:

Cold Air Intake, Cat-back Exhaust, Headers, All around lip kit, Drop it with Springs, HID's, and so on........

-

"ok thanx i'll keep those in mind, but what are the "so ons"?"

-

Cams
Pulleys
Change to NGK Iridium spark plugs
Fuel Rail
VTEC Controller
Programmable ECU
Ground contols
Turbo
Nitrous Oxide

I'm not trying to flame you man. Just take a step back, recosider some things, do A LOT more research, talk to more people, and just realized that you're getting too far ahead of yourself. I've gotten excited and convinced myself about and almost every mod out there, but I've been patient enough to realize what I need and what's actaully worth it.

Good luck, sir.

I hope you enjoy owning an interference engine when that belt snaps

What he means is that unlike earlier(80's) prelude motors and so forth, the newer higher compresion engines(H22), will have the piston hit the valves, and screw everything up, and you will need a lot of work done regardless. i actually had a timing belt break on my 88 accord and was able to change it w/ no damage. if yours breaks, aloha.

also, i think you should take off your cam gear cover and inspect your belt for wear before you drive it anymore.

1st change that belt! 2nd listen to these guys.
I HAD 105kmi on a 93’ 2.3L Si, when mine broke. Now I’m hopping for little to no damage, BUT it is very likely that valve, and maybe even piston damage has occurred. New belt is ~$35, but Gates has a “kit”, which includes timing and counter balance belt, new tensioner idler pulleys for $135. I went with that, and am going put it in this weekend.

Update...IF I could get the crank pulley bolt off! Using IR2131 1/2 Impact rated at 600ftlb at 90psi. I'm up to 140psi and still no luck. 3/4" gun is on it's way, may borrow 1" this weekend AFTER I check valve clearance to see if bent valves.
