1st change that belt! 2nd listen to these guys.
I HAD 105kmi on a 93’ 2.3L Si, when mine broke. Now I’m hopping for little to no damage, BUT it is very likely that valve, and maybe even piston damage has occurred. New belt is ~$35, but Gates has a “kit”, which includes timing and counter balance belt, new tensioner idler pulleys for $135. I went with that, and am going put it in this weekend.

Update...IF I could get the crank pulley bolt off! Using IR2131 1/2 Impact rated at 600ftlb at 90psi. I'm up to 140psi and still no luck. 3/4" gun is on it's way, may borrow 1" this weekend AFTER I check valve clearance to see if bent valves.
