60mm is 2.36". 63.5mm is 2.5".

that's a big difference when it comes to exhaust sizing

I'm pretty new at this. Can someone explain to me how much louder would I hear comparing to my stock header? Thanks.

there would be a noticable deep tone from the firewall if u are in the car
the stock manifold has alot more sound dampening than a tubular SS header

i' have tanabe racing medallion cat back on my lude. it gets too loud to drive without the silencer on. it's time to get header now. i worry if i will go deaf..lol thanks a lot ludeboom.

if u have a tanabe dont worry about the header
in fact if u have any aftermarket exhaust the header noise is not a factor
its a factor for me cause i run stock catback to elude the law but i enjoy the added engine noise from a I/H and stock catback

im lookin into a header for my h22a....which one is better deal for the money....jdm header, dc sports, or arospeed....or any header in the 120-400 dollar price range

get a DC rip off on ebay, like a Megan for 150 bucks.

in other header news, i just saw a po.com thread where some kid dyno'd 200.3 whp with bolt-ons and a VAFC tune. he was using a SMSP, go figure .

but i heard the rip off ones ya get off ebay will rust in like a month...the jdm header is like 120?? is that worth it over the dc or arospeed? i dont wanna spend more than like 400
