Is that English?

As to the NSX/Vette debate, all I have to say is that I would give a nut to own one of each

and honda better pull a better nsx out of its arse real soon, to compete with a new corvette that's lighter, stiffer, more powerful, and better looking than the current one. i'm not even gonna bring up the z06...

Where do people get the idea that a Corvette is lighter than an NSX?

My NSX weighs 2,926 lbs. The Chevrolet website lists the Z06 as 3,116 pound?

Weight of both models varies.

Curb weight (all standard equipment and full fluids):

1991-92 3.0-liter 5-speed NSX Coupe - 3010 pounds
1997-01 3.2-liter 6-speed NSX-T - 3164 pounds
1997-01 3.0-liter automatic NSX-T - 3208 pounds
1997-01 3.2-liter 6-speed NSX Coupe - 3069 pounds
1997-01 3.0-liter automatic NSX Coupe - 3113 pounds
1999 3.2-liter 6-speed Zanardi NSX Coupe - 3015 pounds
2002-04 3.2-liter 6-speed NSX-T - 3153 pounds
2002-04 3.0-liter automatic NSX-T - 3197 pounds
2004 Corvette Convertible (automatic transmission) - 3210 pounds
2004 Corvette Hatchback (automatic transmission) - 3214 pounds
2004 Corvette Z06 Coupe (manual transmission) - 3116 pounds

EDIT: Corrected engine size on automatic NSXs.

that's a really good point, but, it seems that honda has sat on its hands with the nsx while gm evolved the corvette into a world class car.

also, how does the nsx compare to a zr1 corvette? they're a lot closer in price than a base c4
