So basically what youre saying is, the LS @ 10PSI makes some impressive torque numbers. I agree.

But your argument works against you if Im understanding it right. Youre saying that at similar boost levels, the LS would make more torque? How is that right when at 7PSI, the GSR makes more off the bat?

And sure, torque wins races. But in this case, that is detrimental to your argument. You can have an LS @ 10 PSI running 220/200 and a GSR @ 7 running 260/190 even and the GSR will come out on top. 40whp is a pretty large margin. And like I said, these are peak #'s we're discussing. We're not even getting into the curves.

And the GSR is STILL running 3PSI short in these comparisons, keep in mind.

Ben, I would go for the GSR. Definitely less insurance no matter what anyone says. Its just an all around BETTER car. And this is coming from a GS owner, not a GSR owner. I really wish I had a GSR, and my bet is you will too if you get an LS. That's just my 2 pennies.

Thanks lude.....yeah, i've thought about that. I don't wan't to settle too much. I was previously in the market for a 93 vr4 but am now already settling for an integra because of my financial position. However, I've always wanted a teggy and i think it would be really cool to own a gsr at that. The gsr seems to be an all around great car. You get the reliability of honda, luxury of acura, and performance to compliment it all. All signs point to gsr for me. Thanks a lot guys.

:slap: You're asking about a turboLS vs Turbo GSR when there's an ITR waiting to be grabbed up for 16k? What are you waiting for?

Im on limited funds so im capped at about 8k. That type R is beautiful but i just cant afford it. If i could afford it i'd probably go with a 93 VR4 anyway tho. Thats my dream girl. If i ever get the chance tho id like to preserve a type r. Its a ****ing beautiful machine. Thanks for all the help guys. Keep posting if you like for anyone else in my position. Im sure i cant be the only one.
